Regeneration and Commercial Use of Brownfields Programme
The guarantor of this programme is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the designated organisation is CzechInvest. The objective of the programme is financial support for municipalities and regions for the purpose of revitalisation and refurbishment of obsolete and unused sites and their subsequent conversion into industrial and commercial premises of up to 10 ha.

The guarantor of the Integrated Regional Operational Programme is the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The objectives of the programme are to ensure balanced development of sites and to improve public services and public administration in order to increase competitiveness and ensure sustainable development in towns, cities and regions.
Business Properties and Infrastructure Support Programme
The guarantor of this programme is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the designated organisation is CzechInvest. The objective of the programme is financial support for municipalities, regions and state organisations in projects involving construction and development of business properties and regeneration of brownfields including related infrastructure.
OPEIC Properties Programme
The guarantor of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the designated organisation is the Enterprise and Innovation Agency. The objective of the programme is to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the modernising obsolete and spatially and technically unsuitable buildings in all regions of the Czech Republic outside of the city of Prague.
Rural Development Programme
The guarantor of the Rural Development Programme is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The programme contributes to the development of rural areas in the Czech Republic on the bases of permanently sustainable development, improvement of the condition of the environment and reduction of the negative impacts of intensive agricultural practices.
