The objective of the programme is to facilitate for small and medium-sized enterprises modernisation of obsolete and spatially and technically unsuitable buildings for the purpose of conducting supported economic activities or replacement of such buildings with new business properties in all regions of the Czech Republic outside of Prague. This activity makes it possible to maintain and increase unemployment in the given regions and to contribute to the improvement of the environment and working conditions of employees.

The programme is implemented by means of calls. Call II was completed in December 2016.
