The objective of the programme is revitalisation and refurbishment of obsolete and unused sites and their subsequent conversion into industrial and commercial premises of up to 10 ha. The aid provider is the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the designated organisation accepting applications is CzechInvest.

The programme will be implemented on the basis of round-based calls. Individual calls of the programme are intended to significantly contribute to the enhancement of economic and regional development of structurally disadvantaged areas and economically problematic regions.

Entities that are eligible to register in the programme are towns, cities and regions whose cadastral territory lies in structurally disadvantaged areas – the Moravia-Silesia, Ústí and Karlovy Vary regions and economically problematic regions according to the Regional Development Strategy of the Czech Republic for the period 2014-2020.
