Support for the project led to the expansion of the production area of the facility, addition of a warehouse facility to the existing building, facilities for employees and loading ramps.
Renovation of the building made it possible to expand and improve the production process and to create new facilities for storage and for the comfort of employees, for which there had not previously been space.

This project involved the complete renovation of a more than 100-year-old building, which was in very unsuitable technical condition, and the subsequent addition of a second facility in the rear part of the building.
The renovation and the addition of the new facility made it possible to increase energy savings at the workplace and, at the same time, to expand the usable area for production activities and warehousing and thus to focus on larger orders requiring handling and warehouse spaces.

The subject of the supported project was comprehensive renovation of two operations facilities and a handling facility on the premises of a former agricultural cooperative and subsequent addition of a production hall and connection thereof to surrounding production facilities.
Implementation of the project significantly aided the company in expanding its production capacity and contributed to diversification of production in the area of upholstered accessories, while also enabling the conversion of an unsuitable production hall into a modern factory.

Based on the supported project, a single-storey building was renovated and a second storey was added for the purpose of housing carpentry, joinery and locksmithing workshops.
Renovation of the dilapidated building had a positive impact on the overall improvement of the aesthetic character of the city district as well as on improvement of the local residents’ living conditions, as new jobs were created and the workshops offer services for residents.

This project involved the purchase of two land plots and two buildings, which became the headquarters of NAM system, a.s. following their complete renovation. The supported project also included complete revitalisation of the site, modification of a road and greenery.
The company’s relocation to the newly renovated facility enabled not only improvement of development and technological processes in production, but also of employees’ working conditions.
